When your mold geometry exceeds standard sheet thickness, we laminate multiple layers of tooling board into a solid, void-free billet. Laminated blocks are then machined as a single piece, giving you the height you need without compromising dimensional accuracy.
Bench Finishing & Polishing
Mold-ready surface quality
After machining, our technicians hand-bench and polish the surface to remove tool marks and achieve the surface quality your process demands. We work to your specified finish requirements — from fine sanded to mirror-polished.
